 He has a proven track record of successfully directing the operational delivery and long-term vision of IT architectures across global footprints. Notably, Wasim has provided executive-level system design leadership for the launch of new manufacturing facilities, aligning technical and operational strategies with senior stakeholder expectations, regulatory compliance, and future scalability.

 A key focus of his work involves reducing cyber risk and enhancing business efficiency through the analysis and decommissioning of legacy systems—both applications and services. He actively applies virtualisation and cloud-based technologies to improve uptime, redundancy, stability, and security in pursuit of both technical and business objectives.

 In the financial services sector, Wasim has led Operational Resilience Scenario Testing programmes, working with clients to define Important Business Services and develop effective vulnerability management strategies.

 He also has experience handling classified DoD and MoD data within secure environments such as AWS GovCloud, operating under frameworks including NIST and the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF). Wasim maintains a strong understanding of the UK’s regulatory landscape, particularly in relation to Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sectors.
