Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
1. Introduction
This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement relates to actions and activities during the financial year 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

2. Organisational Structure and Supply Chain
This statement covers the business activities of Beyond Blue which are as follows:
- Beyond Blue is a cybersecurity consultancy working with clients to tackle cyber and resilience problems.
- The company currently operates in the UK.
- A lead Director will review any proposed engagement to assess whether the activity or countries are regarded as high risk in relation to modern slavery or human trafficking.
3. High Risk Activities
We do not assess that any of our current activities are regarded as high risk from a modern slavery and human trafficking perspective.
Responsibility for the Company’s anti-slavery initiatives is as follows:
1.1 Policies: the Operations Manager is responsible for creating and reviewing policies. The process by which policies are developed is based on a regular review of best practice from the Federation for Small Businesses along with client requirements.
1.2 Risk assessments: the lead Director is responsible for risk assessments in respect of human rights and modern slavery by a process of reviewing the external reputation of any proposed client for potential concerns using open source information.
1.3 Due diligence: the lead Director is responsible for due diligence in relation to known or suspected instances of modern slavery and human trafficking.
4. Training
To ensure a good understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, the Company requires all staff to complete basic training as part of their induction package, supplemented by occasional updates to ensure ongoing awareness, In addition, staff will complete mandatory training and awareness as required.
5. Policies
The Company is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chains. This Statement affirms its intention to act ethically in our business relationships.
The following policies set down our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
5.1 Whistleblowing policy – the Company encourages all its workers, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or its supply chains.
5.2 Code of Conduct – sets down the actions and behaviour expected of employees when representing the Company.
6. Due Dilgence Processes for Slavery & Human Trafficking
The Company undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly reviews its existing suppliers. The Company’s due diligence process includes an open source review of any indications of modern slavery and/or human trafficking concerns. We will use reputable suppliers and seek to build enduring relationships with those suppliers.
This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. The Board endorses this policy statement and is fully committed to its implementation.
