Rayhaan Jeewa

Rayhaan is a diligent cyber and resilience consultant with experience spanning national cyber risk management, organisational cyber assessments, and forward-looking resilience strategy. A double award-winning cybersecurity graduate, he brings analytical rigour, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset to every engagement.

Rayhaan has delivered cybersecurity projects and advised organisations in sectors ranging from defence to financial institutions, supporting a diverse range of stakeholders. At Beyond Blue, he has contributed to high-impact initiatives, including a transformative national cybersecurity risk programme for a government entity. There, he played a pivotal role in leveraging scenario-based models and global frameworks to shape how national cyber risks are identified, prioritised, and communicated at scale.

Beyond client delivery, Rayhaan is exploring how organisations can prepare for long-term shifts in cyber risk. He is focused on helping organisations understand future risk trajectories and how these will influence their approach to resilience alongside researching how AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape. Additionally, he is providing pro-bono support to organisations looking to improve their cybersecurity posture.

Prior to consulting, Rayhaan worked as an SOC analyst, investigating alerts and conducting threat hunts to detect and respond to malicious activity across critical infrastructure. Motivated by a desire to build cultural understanding and forge stronger relationships, he is also learning Arabic, a challenge that pushes him out of his comfort zone.
