Throughout his decade long career Lewis has worked a variety of roles across the software delivery lifecycle. Through this extensive work he found his passion for supporting, protecting, and developing production whilst working as an implementation leader. In 2024 Lewis joined Beyond Blue as a Principal Consultant following a high-profile role at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant specialising in Operational Resilience and Route to Live consultancy.

As part of the adherence to the operational resilience regulations set by the PRA/FCA Lewis works with clients to complete scenario testing vulnerability identification, vulnerability remediation and solution design, as well as resilient design, self-assessment, regulatory updates, beyond tolerance planning and responses to ultimately embed resilience into organisations.

Lewis has supported a range of financial services clients in their resilience journeys and supported them in meeting their regulatory commitments, including, a big four bank, building society and numerous insurance companies.

Typically, he works with large complex financial institutions where Important Business Services (IBS) span across various on-premises/cloud data centres, technical platforms, operating systems, and business areas.

Lewis has helped clients embed Operational Resilience by leading on the design and implementation of numerous remediation solutions to resolve standalone and organisation-wide vulnerabilities, developed resiliency design principles and authored regulatory updates.
