Leah Hale
Senior Consultant
Leah has designed and delivered complex crisis exercising programmes ranging from executive tabletop simulations through to enhanced, intelligence-led cyber scenarios incorporating phishing, dark web activity, regulator engagement, media escalation, and customer communications. Her work combines structured master event lists (MELs), MITRE ATT&CK-informed analysis, and realistic inject development to emulate contemporary threat actor behaviour and operational disruption.
Her technical delivery experience includes building Linux-based exercise infrastructure, applying Python-based automation to support scalable inject delivery, and conducting OSINT-driven reconnaissance to identify digital exposure, third-party dependencies, and physical asset intelligence.
Alongside client delivery, Leah contributes to broader cyber resilience initiatives including systems resilience testing, Cyber Essentials preparation, operational resilience scenario development, mentoring, and thought leadership focused on the evolution of crisis exercising and executive decision-making under pressure.
