Jennifer Dumbleton

Jennifer is a seasoned professional in business continuity, risk management, and resilience. She has supported various sectors in addressing complex resilience challenges. Jennifer holds an MBA in Risk and Resilience and a BSc in Disaster Management and Emergency Planning and is a member of the Business Continuity Institute, reflecting her academic commitment to resilience.
During her time at Beyond Blue, Jennifer has worked with various financial service institutions, supporting their readiness for the Operational Resilience regulations. Supporting on activity centred around vulnerable customer treatments, substitutability of important business services and resilience testing and exercising. Jennifer has also contributed to a long-term project by facilitating the CER Directive's implementation for a European entity, assisting in developing the National Resilience Strategy and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure effective regulation implementation.
During her time in the Port sector, Jennifer facilitated a business continuity management system across 13 UK sites, achieving ISO22301 accreditation for the group. She developed crisis management and business continuity training for staff, including the board, and represented the organisation on various strategic planning groups and local forums.
