With a background spanning both industry and consultancy, Conor specialises in Operational Resilience, Technology Resilience and Recovery Planning. He has delivered regulatory-driven resilience, risk and transformation programmes across the UK, Ireland and Australia, predominantly within Financial Services, but also across government, critical national infrastructure and retail.

His experience spans operational resilience strategy, resilience maturity assessments, and the development of practical frameworks and operating models that help organisations identify, prioritise and strengthen their critical services. He has supported organisations in defining Important Business Services, re-baselining impact tolerances and assessing potential harm from disruption, helping align resilience capabilities with business priorities, customer outcomes and regulatory expectations.

Conor provides strategic oversight and direction across technology resilience and service recovery initiatives. He works with organisations to understand the assets, infrastructure and services that underpin critical business services, shaping recovery strategies and playbooks. Through a resilience-by-design approach, he helps organisations understand recovery requirements, challenge existing approaches and make informed decisions on future resilience investment.
